METALPROARCHITECTURAL STAINLESS STEEL
PRODUCTION & QUALITY / PARTNER COORDINATION

An approved detail.
A defined process.

MetalPro coordinates architectural stainless steel requirements with selected production partners. Production scope, samples, inspection and delivery details are agreed for the actual order.

A TRANSPARENT SUPPLY MODEL

One project contact.
Specialist production partners.

Our role is to coordinate the customer brief, technical questions, quotation scope, sample review and delivery requirements. Manufacturing partners remain independent producers.

Equipment, production capacity and certificates belong to the relevant partner and product. Ask for the documentation required by your specification so its scope can be checked before the order is confirmed.

01

Drawing review

Record part marks, revisions, dimensions, assembly interfaces and the boundaries of supply. Identify unresolved details before production approval.

02

Material & finish agreement

Confirm grade and thickness, visible faces, grain direction and the approved finish reference. List the material records the project requires.

03

Sample & first-piece review

Agree whether a coupon, formed corner, mock-up or first assembly is needed, and record who approves it and which details the approval covers.

04

Dimensional & visual checks

Agree critical dimensions, quantities, edge workmanship and appearance criteria. Define the inspection records or third-party review required.

05

Surface protection & packing

Review protective film, separation, edge protection and crate or package design against the actual finish, shape and handling requirements.

06

Labels & shipment documents

Match part labels, quantities and packing lists to the approved schedule. Confirm export and destination documentation and the delivery scope.

AGREE THE EVIDENCE

Documents for
your specification.

  • Approved drawings and finish sample references
  • Material records where required and available
  • Inspection criteria, reports and agreed photos
  • Part schedule, packing list and shipment documents

Required standards or certificates must be specified and checked for the selected material, component and destination. A certificate for another product is not a substitute.
